Working as a coach, has become more and more common in recent years. In todays world we are faced with endless opportunities and options, more so than ever before, which may be challenging.

It’s not only work related decisions we may need help with, nor is it uncommon for people to “hit a wall”. When faced with a taxing everyday life, both at work and at home, this will create an unbalanced body and mind – resulting in sick leave. Some carry trauma from previous experiences, which they are unable to resolve.

There is no textbook reason for why one would pursue a life coach. It’s about getting help to see things from a different perspective, and most importantly it’s about finding ones potential.

When people come to me for coaching I draw on all my knowledge and expertise. First and foremost I use my intuitive abilities. By reading your energy I’m often able to get to the root of the stagnation. Then we’ll peel back the onion to find solutions. The methods used are individually tailored, there is no one-size fits all. What works for one, won’t work for another.

Apart from my academic and spiritual knowledge I’ve gained vast life experience across the board, and have been faced with several life crises. I strongly believe this is an essential quality in order to provide valuable guidance.
